The petitioners propose that the automobile traffic entrances and exits into and out of “The Premiere at Dana Park†as outlined by developer will eventually impede the normal flow of traffic in the Hampton neighborhood. This increased traffic is especially hazardous when small children are going to and coming from school. The petitioners also anticipate potential problems with police and emergency personnel’s impeded ability to go into and from the proposed new construction and the surrounding neighborhood in a timely fashion and efficiently. The entrance and exit design flaws and proposed modifications to Val Vista median lanes have not been fully evaluated by all entities.
